Delwin & Marece
I would like to welcome Delwin and Marece to our blog today! Delwin and Marece got married at the St Michaels Anglican Church in La Lucia. Their reception took place at The Plant Venue. This couple is truly inspirational as their faith in God just shines through everything. Marece got ready at a home in Escombe where we had some fun with some champagne and trying some creative poses. The dress was beautiful and was a custom made dress by Hanrie-Lues Bridal. It really suited Marece’s personality. At the Anglican Church one cannot help but gaze at the beautiful wooden ceiling with those enormous architraves reaching the floor. The Sermon conducted by the minister was thoughtful and made everybody think about their lives and their relationship with God. After the ceremony was completed we shot the family photos in the local church gardens. Everybody was excited for the couple and what their future was going to bring.
We left for The Plant to get my assistant to start shooting the decor. We started our creative at The Plant and then left for the Durban City Hall. The retinue was a blast and we had alot of fun together. One of the locals came up to the groom to congratulate him and left with his KFC burgers! He must have been hungry. Delwin was hangry haha! We finished the creative on top of the Pixley House which overlooked Durban City.
The bride and groom entered the hall with a literal “bang” as the confetti and pyrotechnics started flying in the air. We were serenaded with a song by a couple very close to the bride and groom. We had shared many jokes and laughs together and the vibe and atmosphere of the venue was warm and inviting. I want to thank Marece and Delwin for entrusting their amazing day to us and wish them only success in their future together!
