Joshua & Kel

I would like to welcome Joshua and Kel to our blog this afternoon! Joshua and Kel got married under the Gazebo in the exquisite gardens of the Oyster Box Hotel. This couple traveled all the way from Australia to share this beautiful day with family and friends. When I arrived at the Hotel, to begin with the shoot, everyone was excited and full of expectations as the weather turned out to be perfect for a garden wedding. I had so much fun with all the girls and Kel looked like a breathtaking in that custom made dress that was flown over with her from Australia. The bridal prep went according to plan and the champagne just flowed as we waited for our wedding planner to call us to the gazebo. At the ceremony one of the highlights for me was when the paige boy handed the bridal couple a letter in his own handwriting regarding the rings and how much he loved them.  There was lots of laughter and the minster had us all in hysterics! After the first kiss we all headed out the back to where the Rolls Royce was parked. We walked with the bride and groom to the main entrance where we stopped for some photos.  We took all the family photos at the main staircase and then moved onto to the pool where the creative began. I had sooo much to work with and it was not hard to get a beautiful photo at such a gorgeous venue!

The Reception was packed out and the bridal couple entered the hall with their first dance as their opening. During the speeches the MC was well prepared with all his jokes and pranks. One of the pranks was announcing Trevor Noah’s arrival to speak at the reception! He caught us all so badly. The speeches were all heartfelt and filled with gratitude and lots of tears were shed that night. I ended the night off with a night shot at the back of the hotel and said my goodbyes knowing this wedding was one for the books… Thank you Joshua and Kel for entrusting your day into my hands and I wish you guys only success in your future together!
