Camp Orchards Wedding in Hillcrest: Ayanda & Ayesha

I would like to welcome Ayanda & Ayesha to our blog today! This couple got married at Camp Orchards in Hillcrest. I had shot at Camp Orchards before but never really saw the full extent of the property until this wedding, my first there, and I have truly been impressed by what this venue has to offer. It’s basically a Midlands venue just outside the city!

Ayesha and Ayanda are an amazing young couple, so full of life and love for each other, and Ayesha is super photogenic and beautiful!

Groom Prep in Umlazi

We began our day at Ayanda’s home in Umlazi. The guys were excited and very welcoming. After I finished with the groom prep, we made our way to the venue.

Bridal Prep at Camp Orchards

The houses at the venue had everything organised, and Ayesha’s dress and veil looked like they were straight off a magazine cover.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place at the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall and was a lovely service. The rain came down during that time, but by the time we got back to the venue it had cleared, giving me enough time to start the creative shoot.

A Reception Full of Song

The real fun began at the reception. We were blessed with so many natural singers, and one with a super deep voice drove the crowd wild. What a night!
